Our signature instant coffee blends, crafted with the finest coffees in the world, are matched with our dedication to paying higher than fair-trade minimums through our Direct Trade relationships.

The 1950 Blend is composed of seasonally rotating components selected for their dense, candy-like sweetness of stone fruit and complex spice profile. Our Vancouver Swiss Water Decaf Blend highlights candied almonds in a chocolaty background, ideal as drip or espresso.

Seabright House Blend starts with a mild tartness of bing cherry, a sweetness like warm Marzipan, and a clean and distinct finish. Buena Vista Dark Roast yields a dark chocolate savor with a caramelized sweetness, perfect for those who enjoy adding cream to coffee.

Streetlevel Blend is built for balance and approachability, delicious with any brew method, including espresso. Sermon Blend is smooth and playful, approachable either batch-brewed or as espresso, making it your perfect morning companion.

Our darkest yet, the Bronson French Roast Blend capitalizes on caramelization to achieve a silky, dark sugar sweetness capable of only high-grown specialty coffees. Wilder Blend, a seasonal offering, features juicy notes of ripe pomelo balanced with the sweetness of peach tea.

Our coffee is small-batch roasted daily in-house in Santa Cruz, California, using a combination of vintage-style and state-of-the-art roasters, followed by a preservation technique that ensures its instant freshness.
